Before a US laboratory imports a research peptide, it needs to answer two separate questions: can the shipment be documented correctly, and are its transport conditions appropriate for the material? Customs clearance and sample integrity require different evidence.
Establish the documentation trail
Check that the vial label, invoice and batch report identify the same material. Request available analytical records before payment, including HPLC results and mass-spectrometry identity data. Moisture, acetate content and appearance may also be relevant where reported; do not assume every certificate covers them.
The declared purpose must accurately reflect the intended research. These materials are for research use only, not human consumption. A research-use statement does not, by itself, establish import eligibility.
Clarify responsibility at the border
The buyer should confirm who acts as importer of record and which federal or state requirements apply to the proposed work. Supplier-prepared paperwork and carrier tracking can support the process, but they do not remove the importer’s obligations.
For Regena orders, delivery is typically 5–18 business days from tracking, with dispatch from Germany, the USA or China. Confirm the actual origin rather than assuming every US destination involves an EU export route.
Assess transport against the material
Lyophilisation does not establish that a peptide will tolerate every journey. Likewise, insulation or an ice pack alone cannot demonstrate temperature control throughout transit. Request compound-specific transport information and assess it against the route and expected conditions.
On receipt, reconcile labels and records, inspect packaging and document concerns. Where analytical confirmation is needed, use a suitable validated method; appearance or a quick UV-visible check alone cannot establish identity and integrity.
Research and procurement context
The research library covers receptor agonists, secretagogues and compounds including BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, Epitalon, MOTS-c and SS-31. Inclusion in a catalogue is not evidence of suitability for a particular experiment.
Consult the US destination overview, compare materials in the peptide research library, and review the available batch analysis records. Complete the scientific and import review before committing to an order.
